By accessing or using the MERCI BEAUTÉ website (mercibeaute.com and related pages) and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use this site. These terms apply to all visitors, account holders, and customers.

Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided as accurately as possible, but we do not warrant that content is error-free. We may modify, discontinue, or limit products without prior notice. Colors may vary by screen. Prices are in USD and may change. MERCI BEAUTÉ products are cosmetics for external use only. Results vary. Perform a patch test before first use if you have sensitivities. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that your payment information is accurate and authorized. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We may refuse or cancel orders for reasons including availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You will be notified if your order is affected.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. Estimated delivery times are guidelines, not guarantees. MERCI BEAUTÉ is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the shipment. Unused, unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us to start a return. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error. You may create an account with email or sign in with Google or TikTok. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

All site content—including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software—is owned by MERCI BEAUTÉ or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You agree not to use our site unlawfully or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it. You may not attempt unauthorized access to our systems or use automated tools, bots, or scrapers without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
