Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change.

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the payment information provided is accurate and authorized. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You will be notified promptly if your order is affected.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. MERCI BEAUTÉ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please review our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Gift cards and sale items marked as final sale are non-refundable.
